FILM SUBMISSIONS FOR THE MONSTRALE 2024
Films for the following competition formats can be submitted for this year's festival from 16 January to 3 May 2024.
International Competition:
Film and digital productions with a maximum length of 15 minutes are eligible. Films from the fields of fiction, animation, experimental or virtual reality that are not older than 2 years can be submitted.
Shortdocs:
Film and digital productions with a maximum length of 22 minutes are eligible for the Short Documentary Competition. Films from the fields of documentary, animadocumentary or virtual reality that are not older than 2 years can be submitted.
Wild Worlds:
Competition of film productions for children from the age of 9. Film and digital productions with a maximum length of 15 minutes are eligible. Films can be submitted from the following areas: Fiction, Animation, Experimental that are not older than 2 years.

International Competition – 1200 € | 900€ | 700€
Shortdocs – 1200 € | 900 € | 700 €

Für die nachfolgenden Wettbewerbsformate können ab 16. Januar bis zum 03. Mai 2024 für das diesjährige Festival Filme eingereicht werden.
Internationaler Wettbewerb:
Zugelassen sind Film- und Digitalproduktionen mit einer maximalen Länge von 15 Minuten. Eingereicht werden können Filme aus den Bereichen Fiktion, Animation, Experimental oder Virtual Reality die nicht älter als 2 Jahre sind.
Shortdocs:
Zum Wettbewerb Kurzdokumentation zugelassen sind Film- und Digitalproduktionen mit einer maximalen Länge von 20 Minuten. Eingereicht werden können Filme aus den Bereichen Dokumentation, Animadok, oder Virtual Reality die nicht älter als 2 Jahre sind.
Wilde Welten:
Wettbewerb Filmproduktionen für Kinder ab 9 Jahren. Zugelassen sind Film- und Digitalproduktionen mit einer maximalen Länge von 15 Minuten. Eingereicht werden können Filme aus den Bereichen Fiktion, Animation, Experimental die nicht älter als 2 Jahre sind.
